Requirements

If you like to work in one of our projects, you should fulfill the following requirements:

• Older than 18 years
• Send a short curriculum
• To have a medical insurance
• Inform us about eventually alergies, illness, special food or other necesseties
• To have at least three (3) months available for the voluntary work
• Interested in helping to develop social and/or ambiental projects
• To be open and to have respect towards a new culture
• Interested in the spanish language

Here some other recommendations that we give to the persons, who are interested in a voluntary work:

• Get actual information about eventually necessary vaccines for South America.
• To have some kind of labor experience.

Costs

During the active participation in one of the projects, every volunteer helps with 50 US$ a month, so that the Foundation Creamos can cover administrative expenses (eg. transports, correspondence, etc.) which will be caused by any volunteer.
This is the only way to guarantee an efective and efficient tracking of the volunteer and his project.

Normally the volunteer receives spanish classes to improve his comunication abilities. We recommend to take a class of eighty (80) hours: four (4) hours per day during one (1) month. The class is one-on-one and it costs 8 US$ each hour. From three (3) persons on, you can take class in group. The price for each hour for a class taken in group receives a discount.

We provide the possibility to live with an ecuadorian family. The goal of this way to stay here in Ecuador is explained in Life with a Familiy. It costs 10 US$ per day and includes three (3) meals every day and the laundry service once a week.

Our responsability is to pick up the volunteer in the airport. Other aditional costs like transport, personal necesseties, etc., the volunteer has to pay himself.
